Hi, I take complex ideas from thesis product distribution.

Founder and product operator with 11+ years building and scaling products from 0→1 across Bitcoin finance, digital ownership, IoT and marketplaces. Built non-custodial financial infrastructure, contributed to ERC standards, and powered 10M+ on-chain transactions across lending, trading, and asset utility.

Where I operate best.

I work across product, growth, execution, and operating design, helping teams move from idea to usable product and then into real market adoption.

CPO & Product Leadership

I lead products from zero to one across infrastructure, fintech, marketplaces, and blockchain, combining product strategy with 0→1 execution to translate vision into usable products, clear workflows, and shipped execution.

I’ve operated across UX systems, engineering coordination, GTM alignment, and team leadership, including leading cross-functional teams across product, growth, engineering, design, and operations. Nowadays, I use AI-assisted building workflows to compress idea → prototype → launch cycles and move faster without losing product judgment.

Growth & Distribution

I build early growth and distribution systems for products that need trust, education, partnerships, or ecosystem adoption before they can scale, shaping GTM strategy and product positioning around how the product actually reaches adoption.

Across commerce, marketplaces, and Web3 products, I’ve worked on sales & partnerships, creator/community-led acquisition, distribution loops, ecosystem & community growth, and launch strategy. This includes scaling products to 10M+ transactions, $500K+ GMV, 100K+ users, and marketplace/business growth across multiple regions.

Chief of Staff

I’m useful in roles where founders need founder support from someone who can move across product, strategy, operations, fundraising, partnerships, and execution without staying inside one narrow function.

I’ve worked as a founder/operator across multiple zero-to-one environments, raising $150k+, handling product decisions, capital coordination, operations, user feedback, and execution priorities. I’m strongest in ambiguous situations where the work is strategic execution, cross-functional alignment, and high-agency execution that creates clarity, moves decisions forward, and makes sure important things do not fall between teams.

Areas I’m actively exploring

I’m looking to work on products and teams building around Bitcoin-native finance, stablecoin and payment rails, programmable ownership, AI coordination, liquidity infrastructure, and behavioral trust.

Products I’ve Built

Products, experiments, and systems I’ve built outside traditional roles, across ownership, liquidity, trust, commerce, and media.

Thesis

A few working beliefs that keep showing up in the systems I’m drawn to build.

Behavioral truth is the missing layer of coordination.

Most trust decisions are made with incomplete evidence. Systems get better when behavior becomes visible, portable, and usable across contexts.

Bitcoin is the world’s best collateral, but it’s still underused.

The real opportunity is usable liquidity that preserves Bitcoin’s trust model instead of weakening it with wrappers, bridges, or custody trade-offs.

Ownership Is Broken: Why the Next Economy Will Be Built on Programmable Ownership

Most ownership systems still prove possession, but the next generation of markets will be built on ownership that can move, earn, coordinate, and compound across ecosystems.

Loyalty systems fail because value cannot move.

Closed reward programs cap their own usefulness. A clearing layer turns isolated incentives into network-level demand and more durable value.

Draft note

The thread behind my work.

I’ve built my work around one question: where does value get stuck?

I’ve spent the last decade working across systems where value moves, from commerce and marketplaces to blockchain infrastructure.

I started in sales, growth, and operations before moving deeper into product, incentives, ownership, and market design. Over time, that pulled me toward infrastructure problems around liquidity, trust, and programmable ownership.

Across startups and protocols, I’ve worked across product, GTM, partnerships, and capital, helping systems move from idea to validation to adoption.

Along the way, I co-authored ERC-7066 and built products powering 10M+ on-chain transactions. Still unreasonably curious. Still building.
